• Ensure compliance with all SEC regulations and provide guidance to the organization on SEC reporting matters.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of SEC filings.
• Monitor and analyze changes in SEC regulations and provide guidance to the organization on how to comply.
• Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings.
• Prepare and review earnings releases and other public disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare and review proxy statements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors and consultants.
• Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends.
