Seasonal Snack Bar Manager Jobs

Uses problem solving skill to manage any customer conflicts appropriately and refers particularly difficult challenges to supervisor.

Enforce food and beverage preparation requirements to ensure quality of service of food products to guests.

Completes online and in-person training necessary to job duties.

Performs job duties in accordance with Great Parks policies, procedures, and performance expectations.

Provide training, guidance, and coaching to part-time staff.

Assist in promoting food and merchandise sales through daily public relations with customers and development of sales promotions and special events

Positive guest and colleague interaction is crucial in offering an exceptional experience.

Food sales and preparation including operation of food service equipment.

Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner.

Clean the Snack Shack stand and surrounding areas.

Execute daily operations of opening and closing the stand.

Follow department policies and procedures as well as Health Department guidelines.

- Clear demonstration of project management, organizational, communication, interpersonal skills influencing, resolving conflict, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional analytical skills, experience turning insights and analysis into actionable strategies.

- Assist Sr. Brand Manager in building and managing the P&L and annual plan to meet financial goals.

- Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills (written, verbal).

- Make recommendations and/or decisions related to products, pricing to ensure delivery of business results and longer-term brand growth.

- Flexible and able to handle changing environment and priorities.

Act as the manager in charge of the seasonal snack bar staff

Make recommendations to the Food and Beverage Manager based on observations.
