They are also responsible for stocking shelves, setting up displays, and helping to maintain the store’s appearance. Seasonal Salesfloor Associates may also be asked to help with other tasks as needed. Detailed Job Description Seasonal Salesfloor Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the products they need. They must be able to answer customer questions about products and services, as well as provide assistance with locating items in the store. They must also be able to accurately process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments. Seasonal Salesfloor Associates must also be able to stock shelves, set up displays, and help to maintain the store’s appearance. They may also be asked to help with other tasks as needed.
