Experience using and updating a Knowledge Management System

Experience using a CRM system or similar tool to manage customer interactions.

Write at least ten informative and accurate weekly knowledge base articles to help customers solve their problems.

Sees tasks through to completion and offers support as needed

Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS company.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

Participates in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.

Helps to keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.

All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities!

Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by partnering effectively with boutique management and peers

Support overall success of boutique audits; partner with management to implement and execute action plans

Demonstrate Cartier competencies and behaviors; foster transparency with colleagues and management by sharing feedback and information

MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred

Support other transactional flows (ecommerce, etc.) to ensure efficient business operations and seamless client experience

Assist with care service responsibilities as needed (e.g., the client repair flow, execution of reports, and monthly inventory/reconciliation)

Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Basic customer service including greeting, general assistance, etc

Help with maintaining store appearance following our stores visual presentation standards through replenishment and recovery and general housekeeping procedures

Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register

Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs

Experience in the world of employer-offered benefits is a bonus.

Experience with data entry, proofreading, and/or quality assurance.
