Overview A Scooper is a person who is responsible for scooping and serving ice cream, frozen yogurt, and other frozen desserts. They may also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment used to make the desserts. Detailed Job Description A Scooper is responsible for scooping and serving ice cream, frozen yogurt, and other frozen desserts. They must be able to accurately measure and scoop the desired amount of product into the customer’s cup or cone. They must also be able to accurately calculate the cost of the product and collect payment from the customer. Additionally, Scoopers must be able to answer customer questions about the product, provide suggestions for toppings, and ensure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. Scooper Job Skills Required

• Ability to accurately measure and scoop product
