Hands-on experience running either a Biocore 8K or Carterra LSA.
Strong communication skills in a team environment and an ability to quickly learn and embrace new technologies
Experience with computational methods and machine learning applied to antibody/protein design and optimization
Experience of leading/co-leading and/or managing research projects
Track-record of development of new or improved high throughput protein expression processes.
