Cultivate and identify bacteria or other microorganisms isolated on selective and non-selective media.

Maintains cultures according to ATCC and departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

Performs identification of microorganisms using techniques such as API, Gram Stain, etc. Prepares reagents, standards, Medias, etc. needed for analysis.

Engage in stakeholder meetings to identify business objectives and scope solution requirements.

Use, maintain, share and collaborate through Truist internal code repositories to foster continual learning and cross-pollination of skillsets.

Working knowledge of calculus/differential equations, including use of stochastic processes.

Data Analysis techniques, EDA, Data Visualization to effectively communicate to stakeholders, clarify requirements and make effective suggestions.

Natural Language Processing techniques and other related Deep Learning knowledge.

Utilizing experience with: SQL, SAS, Hadoop, Hive, NoSQL, Spark, Python, and R.
