• Coordinating with schools to ensure that all visits are scheduled and executed according to plan
• Providing customer service to schools and visitors
• Assisting with the planning and execution of school visits
• Ensuring that all visits are successful
• Maintaining accurate records of all visits
• Assisting with the development of new school visit programs
• Assisting with the development of marketing materials for school visits
