Overview School Based Mentors are professionals who provide guidance and support to students in a school setting. They work with students to identify and address any issues they may be facing, such as academic, social, or emotional difficulties. They also help students develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in school and in life. Detailed Job Description School Based Mentors are responsible for providing guidance and support to students in a school setting. They work with students to identify and address any issues they may be facing, such as academic, social, or emotional difficulties. They also help students develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in school and in life. School Based Mentors work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance. They also work with parents and families to ensure that students are receiving the necessary support at home. Job Skills Required
