Track and maintain case information, data, and case management database.
Ensure effective program management, implementation, evaluation and outcome delivery.
Assist Programs Director and Executive Director to develop and improve existing activities and service management systems.
Work with school attendance team to integrate our programming with their requirements.
Conduct support meetings with students using proven mediation skills and principles.
Receive referrals, conduct intake, and schedule mediations and coaching.
