Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Deliver documents to various city agencies for data entry, review and/or approval.

High school or a general education diploma from an accredited program.

Review documents submitted for City required building and other permits for completeness and accuracy.

Provide support to permit applicants in completing the filing procedure with various City agencies.

May be required to work closely with Plan Examiners in reviewing documents for City Building Code and for guaranteeing compliance.

High school or general education diploma from an accredited program

Minimum 5 years experience in construction, architecture, or MEP Estimating

Ensure the preparation of detailed cost estimates for all phases of design and construction

Supervise the development of quantity surveys and cost evaluations relating to design documents, contract drawings, specifications or contract changes

Review and report on contract estimates prepared by private consultants and recommend if estimate is appropriate for implementation

Plan, assign, and review work of Estimators
