Saturday Sports Site Lead Jobs in Texas

Must have knowledge of game rules and responsibilities as well as attend sport specific training as required.

Will manage game and practice times and referee games when needed.

Certifications required within the first week of hire: Redwoods Bloodborne Pathogens, Defensive Driving, and Hazardous Communications.

Monitor and respond to all horseplay.

Promote participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

Give answers to questions or seek others who can do so.

Manage the front desk, including promptly and friendly answering all phone calls and greeting all visitors

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Business Office Manager and Marketing Director

Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors

Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Compassionately respond to residents’ inquiries and assist them in scheduling transportation, appointments or other concierge services

3. Reinforces all knowledge and skills taught by the classroom teacher.

5. Utilizes identified instructional practices and behavior management strategies.

Knowledge of the functions of the school division and its operating procedures

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

Ability to coordinate multiple priorities

Ability to operate a computer and use appropriate software applications and peripheral office equipment
