Overview The SAPR Command Victim Advocate (CVA) is a specialized position within the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program. The CVA is responsible for providing direct support to victims of sexual assault and other related crimes. The CVA is also responsible for providing education and training to command personnel and other stakeholders on the SAPR program.
