Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters, such as open enrollment, life events and eligibility requirements
Manage controlling functions within the HR department, including payroll and benefits audits, 401k audits, compensation audits and benchmarking
Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings
Monitor trends affecting compensation and benefits as well as assess ways to improve practices and policies
Performing quarterly benefits plan enrollment audits to ensure accuracy between internal and external systems
