Responsibility includes the management of activities for the safety, integrity, legality and quality of our food products.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to complete required documentation and good math skills.

Cleans walls, floors, overhead pipes, and drains within the department using established procedures.

Washes all utensils used for processing and mixing of products.

Checks cleaning records indicating frequency, duration, temperature, concentration and use of final sanitizing product.

Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or GED.

One year of responsible experience in the operation of trucks and light equipment in construction, maintenance, or related activities.

Drives truck in a safe manner and obeys all traffic laws.

Operates and maintains refuse trucks, and other trucks over 2 1/2 tons and up to 25 cubic yard capacity.

May operate forklifts, skidsteers or other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.

Performs cleaning duties as assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.

Disassemble food-processing equipment, as necessary.

Clean equipment and overhead areas, using a variety of equipment, including high-pressure hot water hoses, chemicals, foamers, sanitizers, scrubbing equipment, etc.

Reassemble equipment and prepare for next day food production.

Frequently bend, lift, climb and twist throughout the work shift.

Perform other duties as assigned.
