Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred and/or a minimum of 5 years of Management experience in Food Manufacturing facility.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
Oversee and manage plant manufacturing operations within the plant regarding janitorial and sanitation.
Monitor sanitation technicians in their use of chemicals and ensure use of proper safety procedures
Provide leadership throughout the department, promoting a positive work environment for both janitorial and sanitation team members.
Train, develop, coach, and supervise the team within the department to ensure safe and effective sanitation practices.
