Excellent written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to succinctly synthesize information and engage a variety of audience types

Internal/External Ambassador for McKesson Ventures. Author and present thought leadership and venture perspectives to both internal and external audiences

Proven understanding of dynamics and trends impacting the healthcare industry, with particular focus on prior exposure to the pharma industry

Demonstrated appreciation and affinity for the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the operational challenges associated with high growth, venture stage businesses

Understand and appreciate financial modeling, but also able to develop investment perspectives and recommendations based on limited financial information

Ideally investment banking, investing, consulting or operating experience in life sciences or healthcare, and/or an educational background in biology/science.

3-5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years of investment experience.

An interest in our core sector areas of Education, Science, and Climate.

Outstanding business and investment judgment, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent financial modeling skills and expertise with Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
