Overview The Sales Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for sales teams to ensure that they are knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest sales strategies, techniques, and products. The Sales Training Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement and develop customized training programs to meet their needs. Detailed Job Description The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for sales teams. This includes creating and delivering training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training. The Sales Training Manager will also be responsible for researching and staying up-to-date on the latest sales strategies, techniques, and products. The Sales Training Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement and develop customized training programs to meet their needs. The Sales Training Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other external partners to ensure that the training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
