Assist project managers in leading client engagements in strategic planning, operational assessments, requirements development, business process re-engineering, and program management.

At least one year of experience in management consulting to federal agencies.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and analytical skills to effectively interact with government clients and industry partners.

Research, compile, analyze, visualize, and report data for trends.

Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and track project activities.

Actively consult with Owners, General Managers, and other key Dealership management on all program participation.

Facilitate training and best practices on all programs to ensure Dealerships are maximizing benefits of all Epsilon products.

2+ years of Automotive Retail Marketing Experience and demonstration of success required

2+ years of Customer Service Experience and demonstration of success required

Dealership after sales/service department experience or selling vehicle maintenance programs required
