Overview The Rural Community Health Worker Apprentice is responsible for providing health education and health promotion services to rural communities. The Rural Community Health Worker Apprentice will work with local health departments, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement health promotion initiatives. Detailed Job Description The Rural Community Health Worker Apprentice will be responsible for providing health education and health promotion services to rural communities. The Rural Community Health Worker Apprentice will work with local health departments, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement health promotion initiatives. The Rural Community Health Worker Apprentice will also provide health education and health promotion services to individuals, families, and groups in rural communities. The Rural Community Health Worker Apprentice will be responsible for developing and implementing health promotion initiatives, providing health education and health promotion services, and providing health education and health promotion resources to rural communities. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of health education and health promotion principles and practices

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, or a related field
