Experience and passion for building impactful products and systems at scale.

Strong product design knowledge and exceptional craft that inspires and drives execution.

Comfortable working in ambiguous spaces and skilled in data-driven execution and testing.

Excellent storytelling and communication skills to champion healthy collaboration with internal and external team members.

Identify new problems and opportunities, guiding teams in understanding, researching, and defining effective strategies to solve them.

Lead product designers by instilling great design practices, attention to detail, and innovative thinking, driving impactful outcomes for the business.

Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in a hospitality related business

Assists, in coordination with the General Manager, in preparation of annual operations budget.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or comparable work experience

Previous experience working with local municipalities, such as police, fire, etc.

Previous experience supervising and managing large volumes of part time, event based employees

Additional tasks as requested by management.

Previous experience in a guest service role preferred

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Answer guest questions and assist guests with locating their seats.

Examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
