Overview A Rooms Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel's guest rooms. This includes ensuring that the rooms are clean and well-maintained, that guests are satisfied with their stay, and that the hotel's policies and procedures are followed. The Rooms Operations Supervisor is also responsible for managing staff, training new employees, and resolving any customer complaints. Detailed Job Description The Rooms Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel's guest rooms. This includes ensuring that the rooms are clean and well-maintained, that guests are satisfied with their stay, and that the hotel's policies and procedures are followed. The Rooms Operations Supervisor is also responsible for managing staff, training new employees, and resolving any customer complaints. The Rooms Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel's standards of cleanliness and safety are met, and that the hotel is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems
Job Experience
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
