Knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to the Knickerbocker, Highgate and Leading Hotels of the World.

Experience completing administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, project management, etc

Act as Acting General Manager in the absence of the General Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience in a hotel rooms department.

Experience in maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations within the Front Desk, Bellman/Valet, Night Auditors, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Adventures

Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction by completing audits of Rooms, common areas, etc.
