Siding Applicants must have experience in both Vinyl Siding & James Hardie Siding applications for existing homes (not new construction).

Must have excellent speaking and listening abilities.

All Professional Craftsmen are required to have all their own tools, insurance, crew, and proper transportation.

Must be able to pass a full background screening.

Builds strong working relationships with District Managers, Store Managers, Regional Vice Presidents.

Experience selling products and services to strategic accounts and/or Business to Business selling

Strong communications skills to interact with customer accounts

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams

Sales experience in the maintenance, repair, operations, construction, home improvement, or property maintenance industry

During customer meetings, negotiate pricing and contract terms in order to close sales.

Knowledge of various roof systems and understand the various roof materials and costs

Experience with CAD, Xactimate or other similar software is a plus

Preparing accurate, timely estimates and contract negotiations on potential projects

Work in tandem with the sales staff to prepare proposals and assist in winning new business

+ / – 5 years’ experience

Skills in replacement windows, doors, siding and decks.

Strong communication and customer service skills

We don’t micro-manage, independence is key

Bending aluminum coil w/ break

Good attitude & work ethic

1-3 years of sales experience.

Experienced with insurance (former insurance adjustor) including experience writing Xactimate estimates is a plus!!!

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.

Detail your home improvement sales experience. Detail all experience working insurance claims and any experience writing in Xactimate.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Columbia Falls, MT 59912

5 + years of experience

Experience as a Building Consultant or Public Adjuster would be a plus

Review project files and write corresponding estimates in Xactimate

Assist sales team in determining accurate scope of work for estimate

Discuss these estimates with insurance representatives

Work with sales and production teams to move projects forward in the Customer Life Cycle,

Deliver accurate estimating figures to accounting and the project management team.

Provide historically accurate budget information to project management team

Select bidding opportunities based on scheduling needs from project management
