Use small hand-held tools (i.e., knives, scissors) to cut chicken into segments for product run.
Pack product into foam trays and/or plastic bags.
Place labels and perform arrangement on trays filled with chicken parts.
Repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling motions while packing, cutting, and grading product.
Rotate through various positions on production areas throughout the shift.

Robards General Labor job is a position that involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks. The skills required for this job include physical strength and stamina, the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. The qualifications for this job typically include a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid driver's license. Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions are also important. Experience in manual labor is preferred, but not required. Robards General Labor job responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and performing general maintenance tasks. Other duties may include cleaning and organizing the work area, as well as assisting with other tasks as needed.
