Overview Roastery Warehouse Team Members are responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments of coffee beans and other related products. They are responsible for ensuring that all orders are filled correctly and on time, and that all products are stored and handled in a safe and secure manner. Detailed Job Description Roastery Warehouse Team Members are responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments of coffee beans and other related products. They are responsible for ensuring that all orders are filled correctly and on time, and that all products are stored and handled in a safe and secure manner. They must also maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory, and ensure that all safety and quality standards are met. Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or related field
• Forklift certification
• Ability to pass a background check

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures

• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles
• Operate a forklift to move and store products
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met
• Assist with the preparation of orders for shipment
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of the warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
