Senior Engineer - It Service Management

Must have 2-4 years of experience with Service Management Platform Architecture, scaling, On-prem, PaaS/SaaS management and development/workflow automation.
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to understand our users’ visions and how the service management platform can add value.
Provide technical support for planning, designing, developing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, and maintaining the service management platform
Perform advanced technical development work for integration with the service management platform
Must have between 2-4 years of enterprise service management platforms. Specifically BMC Remedy/Helix.

The IT Risk Management Senior will work with the IT team to identify and assess risks, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The IT Risk Management Senior will also be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to risk management, and providing training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices.
