Overview The Risk Management Director is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies to protect the organization from potential losses. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as developing and implementing risk management plans. The Risk Management Director is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on risk management activities and providing guidance and advice to senior management on risk management issues. Detailed Job Description The Risk Management Director is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies to protect the organization from potential losses. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as developing and implementing risk management plans. The Risk Management Director is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on risk management activities and providing guidance and advice to senior management on risk management issues. The Risk Management Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurers, brokers, and other risk management professionals.
