Revenue Integrity Specialist Jobs

Knowledge of Virginia-specific court service unit, juvenile residential services, juvenile reentry services, and/or educational operations;

Working knowledge of data systems and data utilization;

Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills;

Training and/or experience in research methods, information systems, public policy, criminal justice, or juvenile justice;

Demonstrated ability to prepare and conduct workplace training;

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks within tight deadlines;

Lead monthly phone meetings with sales, consulting and/or project management across the U.S. to review consulting engagements for accurate revenue recognition

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of Accounting experience-even if it is an internship

Experience with the calculation of revenue or reviewing revenue results for a service organization preferred is a plus

Public accounting or experience working for a public company a plus

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including creation of pivot tables and VLookUps

College Transcripts and Foreign Education:

Maintains current knowledge of third-party payor reimbursements and managed care contracts.

Meets department production standards consistently as defined by department management.

Ensures systems are accurately updated and maintained with the payer requirements. This will include the billing system, EHRs and clearinghouse/EDI systems.

Coordinates updates or creation of rules according to payer requirements that eliminate avoidance of denials and loss revenue.

Prepares communication for all stakeholders on significant changes in payer requirements.

Maintains knowledge and is familiar with physician billing, accounts receivable, and EHR systems.

CSV/DI Consultant that has experience with Data Integrity

Authoring and executing technical commissioning and qualification documentation

System requirements and description (URS)

Maintaining clear, detailed records of qualification, and change control activities for future compliance audits.

Direct experience authoring/editing/executing validation documents for equipment/facilities/utilities including FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ and change controls

Intermediate knowledge of FDA regulations, ISPE guidelines and ISO standards including:

· Experience with quality management systems including change control, incident management, and deviation management.

· Assist in resolution of inspection management concerns as it relates to process, procedures, and data integrity

· Strong knowledge of Data Integrity, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) validation methodology and Software Quality requirements.

· Understanding of root cause analysis and risk management techniques
