Retail Inventory Control Specialist Jobs in Utah

Interface with Production Control, Procurement, Project management, and Sales and inform them of orders that are incomplete\

Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and management\

Manage all stock including the following:\

Manage disposition of all obsolete or excess parts.\

Ensures that all orders received in the Shipping Department are properly documented in Fabtrol and stocked in a designated area\

Arranging for fork lift operators to load truck.\

Present reports and recommendations to management regarding product choices and stocking levels to promote profitability.

Bachelor’s degree or High School Education/ GED with equivalent experience

Work with the Supervisor and/or Plant Manager to establish dedicated locations and labels for all material in the facility

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion

Minimum of three years of inventory control experience.

Work with Intracompany Coordinators to move material efficiently, as needed to other facilities

2+ years of experience in operations, experience in a luxury environment preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced with technology to fully utilize internal systems as well as external shipping software programs.

Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated. Ensure proper documentation is completed.

Check in all returns against previous day’s business.
