They are also responsible for managing the checkout process, handling customer transactions, and providing assistance with product selection and returns. Detailed Job Description The Retail Front End Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance with product selection, and managing the checkout process. The Retail Front End Associate is also responsible for handling customer transactions, including processing payments and returns, and providing assistance with product returns. Additionally, the Retail Front End Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking shelves, and ensuring that the store is properly merchandised. Job Skills Required

• Knowledge of cash register and point-of-sale systems
