Overview A Retail Front End Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. They are also responsible for managing the checkout process, handling customer transactions, and providing assistance with product selection and returns. Detailed Job Description The Retail Front End Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance with product selection, and managing the checkout process. The Retail Front End Associate is also responsible for handling customer transactions, including processing payments and returns, and providing assistance with product returns. Additionally, the Retail Front End Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking shelves, and ensuring that the store is properly merchandised. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cash register and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of product selection and pricing
Job Experience
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
