· Welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language

· Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests

· Working as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service

· Quickly and precisely handling cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer

-Inventory processing and regulatory compliance.

Create and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and solutions to common customer issues and general product knowledge

Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to our customers

Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Test new features before they are released, and verify that finished features will satisfy requirements provided by customers

Experience working in technical support (cannabis industry strongly preferred)

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
