They provide advice and guidance on how to best present a job seeker’s skills, qualifications, and experience in order to make them more attractive to potential employers. They also review resumes and cover letters for accuracy and completeness, and provide feedback on how to improve them. Additionally, Resume Coaches may provide job search advice and help job seekers prepare for interviews. Job Skills Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of resume and cover letter writing techniques
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Ability to work with a variety of job seekers
• Knowledge of job search strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in resume and cover letter writing
• Knowledge of job search strategies
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
