Residential Youth Support Specialist Jobs in New York

Education requirements high school diploma with relevant industry experience. Some college or a degree is a Plus.

Mentor and guide youth individually or in groups to help them learn pro-social, academic, and vocational skills.

Provide a fun, safe, comfortable atmosphere that fosters respect, responsibility, caring, honesty, and the opportunity to make positive choices.

Coordinate with staff, teachers, and community members and supervise various youth development programs.

Observe youth closely and maintain required reports on attendance, incidents, and behavior observations.
