Overview A Residential Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of residential installation, including wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and be able to provide solutions to customers. Detailed Job Description A Residential Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of residential installation, including wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and be able to provide solutions to customers. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and be able to install and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. They must be able to use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Job Skills Required
