A Residential HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC systems, including electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, as well as provide preventive maintenance services.Detailed Job Description:
A Residential HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC systems, including electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, as well as provide preventive maintenance services. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. They must be able to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and wiring. They must be able to install and repair air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps. They must be able to install and repair thermostats, humidifiers, and air filters. They must be able to perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.What is Residential Hvac Technician Job Skills Required?
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
