Are great with time management-and never waste time

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and/or 1-2 years related experience.

Maintaining the property pool, don’t worry, we will provide you with the necessary education.

Be a jack of all trades by having knowledge in areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and water heaters.

Arrive on time each day ready to conquer the day with a positive attitude!

Follow-up on any calls that may have come in from the night before, to make sure they are resolved.

Performs other tasks as directed by university management.

One year's experience as a food Service Worker or equivalent in culinary training.

Knowledge of New Jersey State Health Department rules and regulations.

Stay up to date on nursing training and continuous education

At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience

Nursing education credentials (Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)

Work with health care team to evaluate patient care plans

Record patient information and vitals and report abnormal readings

Follow facility policies and safety rules

Experience working with people with challenging behaviors due to mental illness or substance mis-use.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EHR.

Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.

Understanding of homelessness and various characteristics of homeless adult populations.

Available to work evening and weekend shifts.

Role model and teach/support effective ADL skills including cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and personal hygiene.

Monitor and administer medications to residents.

Provide house coverage 20-30 hours/week including on-call asleep overnight, holidays and weekends. Flexibility is a must.

Perform other duties as necessary

Exemplifies strong work ethic and operates with highest level of integrity

Ability to work with clients and their families in a residential-based setting

Teach individuals basic finance skills

Minimum of six months of related experience working with people with disabilities

Complete management training with appropriate administration

Meet Chrysalis Driving Policy Requirements

Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director/ Residential Manager

Complete all initial and on-going training requirements within established time frames
