Residential Direct Care Worker Jobs in Georgia

Act as an advocate for the individuals and demonstrate respect and positive regard for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors.

Working knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).

Ability to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and/or limited mobility (such as lifting, transporting).

Provide supports to individuals on behavioral unit who exhibit challenging and extreme behaviors.

Complete daily reports and collect information necessary to document incidents that occur during the shift.

Helps to develop healthy communication and problem-solving skills during times of high stress or anxiety.

Youth Development Specialist Benefits (Full-time positions):

$17-$20 hourly (Supervisors $19-$21 hourly)

$1,000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time employees after six months of successful employment
