One year post-Master’s experience with children, adolescents, or families

Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university in a Human Services profession

LCSW, LPC or LMFT, or licensure eligible preferred

Ability to use electronic health record required

Evaluate and assess the needs of individuals seeking services

Partner with residents to teach independent living skills such as cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, money management, and personal hygiene.

Provide resident transportation as needed with agency vehicles.

Respond to urgent resident issues/emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Promotes a positive and supportive environment.

Minimum high school diploma with additional education in the human services field.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in the human services field preferred. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

One year of experience in a human services agency working with persons with mental health or substance use issues preferred; OR

One year lived experience in mental health or substance use personal recovery. WORK SCHEDULE:

Provides on-site coverage and assists in performing routine resident-care duties.
