Residential Autism Program Director Jobs

Responsible for coordinating and/or overseeing the tasks for each housing unit in assigned projects.

Serves as the liaison for the program and provides information regarding the program to the homeowner(s).

The incumbent will need to possess a license to operate District government automobiles.

Ensure the individuals you are working with are safe

Engage in daily activities such as ADL’s, Recreational, and Social Activities with individuals

Address and redirect inappropriate behavior of individuals you are working with

Ensure responsible management/ stewardship of departmental finances.

Build, manage and motivate a staff comprised of diverse and highly-skilled professionals.

Model and nurture internal and external stakeholder management.

Minimum three years’ experience in relevant clinical or educational setting.

Minimum Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field.
