A Resident Maintenance Technician 3 is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in a residential setting. This may include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work.

What is Resident Maintenance Technician 3 Skills Required?

• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
