Current ComTrain or equivalent certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue required
Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications are required
Technical knowledge of wireless telecommunications products required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a tower climber preferred
OSHA 10 Hour Certification preferred
Excel, Word and Outlook Microsoft experience preferred

Overview Resident Maintenance Tech 3 is a highly skilled maintenance technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of residential buildings and equipment. They are responsible for ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that all safety regulations are followed. They must be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Detailed Job Description Resident Maintenance Tech 3 is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential buildings. This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They must be able to troubleshoot and identify problems, and then take the necessary steps to repair them. They must also be able to perform preventive maintenance on all systems, and ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Job Skill Requirements
