They must be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Detailed Job Description Resident Maintenance Tech 3 is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential buildings. This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They must be able to troubleshoot and identify problems, and then take the necessary steps to repair them.
