Overview A Resident Director is a professional who is responsible for the overall management of a residential facility. The Resident Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the facility, as well as managing the staff and budget. The Resident Director is also responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe and secure for the residents. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience in residential facility management
• Certification in residential facility management (preferred)
