Must live in or near Kent/Renton, WA*

Experience working with diverse populations as well as have an understanding of cultural differences and their effect on college planning.

At least two years admissions counseling and/or outreach experience or equivalent.

Familiarity with CRM or student information systems.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for the UW, strong work ethic, exercises sound judgment, professionalism and maturity.

Must be flexible and have the drive to work in a fast-paced office.

Must be comfortable with technology and have basic familiarity with Google database software tools.
