Coordinate the management of unit and individual training readiness.

Administer financial management program including Government Purchasing and Travel Card programs.

This is a Human Capital & Resource Management Career Field.

Combination of Education and Experience:

High school diploma (or GED) required. Additional training, education, and/or certification(s) preferred.

Based on qualifications, may be invited to train and/or mentor new team members.

Maintains constant awareness to insure the safety of guests, employees, Biltmore House and the collection.(combined)

Insures that guests adhere to Biltmore House policies.

Demonstrated commitment to delivery of world class internal/external guest service.

Ability to quickly learn Biltmore history, protocols, products/services.

Must be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.

Solid math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

Education - Current Senior in High School (HS), HS Diploma, GED or higher.

Attend Basic and Advanced training (14 Weeks) with pay.

Age - 17 to 34 years old.

Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident.

Submit to a background and medical screening.

Lead team review and justify decisions with supporting information and garnered knowledge

A minimum of five years of experience conducting reserve studies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, such as finance, accounting, or engineering.
