Position Location - This role is available in the following locations: Columbus, Austin or Remote

Strong academic credentials with a master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative areas of study; Ph.D. preferred

Proficiency in a broad array of mathematical, statistical learning and machine learning concepts and applications

Detailed understanding of building good technical solutions; ability to convert ideas into testable hypotheses and/or next steps

Ability to meet team standards with respect to quality and velocity with minimal help or direction from peers

Experience with data management and data analysis techniques for large datasets.

Can independently navigate the most complex management challenges and know when to loop in others.

Strong quantitative research skills, including experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting research findings to various audiences.

Have highly specialized skills or ownership/leadership of a critical business need.

Manage cross-functional relationships with other managers across the company.

Manage workload and time to perform multiple projects effectively, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on a timely basis

Minimum 9 years’ experience, including 2 years’ supervisory experience

Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years’ supervisory experience

Minimum 14 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years’ supervisory experience

Perform impurity identification and structure elucidation activities by High Resolution Accurate Mass LC-MS(MS) and GCMS.
