Lead and manage the R&D team, including product development and formulation, ingredient sourcing, and testing

Manage the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for R&D initiatives

Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the cosmetic or personal care industry

Oversees implementation of data management systems/platforms

Ensures study objectives are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with protocol requirements, clinical research regulations, and quality standards.

Supports, trains, and manages internal team members.

Understands the type/quality of data needed from a clinical trial and how it should be managed and presented.

Responsible for maintaining certification & knowledge and training of Quality Management System.

Responsible for overall management, training, and development of all R&D staff

Responsible for effective interaction with other internal management

Responsible for informing and reporting to senior management of scientific and technical developments.

Technical Knowledge- detailed knowledge of food manufacturing including specification and process development based on facility capabilities.

Computer Skills- working knowledge of Microsoft Office based software, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.

Initiates frequent communication with Senior Management to discuss timelines, critical regulatory issues, industry best practices and emerging trends.

Demonstrated knowledge and/or prior experience in Quality Assurance.

Manages audit CAPAs and responses as per Moderna procedures.

Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Practical knowledge of GLP/GCLP related audits activities and business standards.

Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

Grant writing and organization - determining if specific grants apply to potential pilots, scoping and stakeholder development, grant writing, grant management.

4 years of experience in electrical power operational modeling, trading and quantitative analysis

Benefit / Cost analysis - quantifying benefits and costs for economic tests, time-series energy modeling, application of non-energy benefits.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or Public Administration or directly related field

Electrofuels -fuel cells and/or electrolyzer theory, construction, or operation.
