Overview A Rental Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that rental equipment is rented out in a timely and efficient manner. They are responsible for ensuring that rental equipment is returned in the same condition as it was rented out and that rental fees are collected. Detailed Job Description Rental Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who are renting equipment. They must be knowledgeable about the equipment that is available for rent and be able to answer any questions that customers may have. They must be able to accurately assess the customer’s needs and recommend the best equipment for their needs. They must also be able to explain the rental process and the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Rental Associates must also be able to accurately assess the condition of the equipment before and after it is rented out and ensure that it is returned in the same condition as it was rented out. They must also be able to collect rental fees and process payments. Job Skills Required
