Managing and budgeting customer finances

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience with JDA/Arthur Allocation system is a plus.

Your duties would include making all necessary arrangements, such as researching and reserving flights, ground transportation, lodging, and other travel-related services.

You would also be responsible for managing expenses, tracking reimbursements and providing support to travelers while they are on the road.

Issue airline tickets, vouchers and other travel documents.

Provide customers with travel advice and information about local attractions.

Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in heavy construction, design-build projects, and managing multi-million dollar projects.

Responsible for the planning & management of diverse and complex construction projects; Perform duties using sound project management principles and methodologies.

Proficient in contract administration, project scheduling, and revenue and cost management; Ensure contracts are sound, beneficial, and strategically negotiated

Effectively and consistently lead clients and builds and fosters good relationships.

Identify risk and develop and execute mitigation strategies.

Identify resolutions to contract, project, execution (including scheduling), and client issues; Negotiate and strategize client and subcontractor scope changes.

Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience

Have effective communication skills, written and oral

Proficient computer skills, including the ability to multitask with several websites and programs

Proven work experience as a travel agent is a plus

Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems

Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
