Overview A Remote Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating business requirements and processes, and then designing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. They are also responsible for providing technical support and training to users of the Salesforce platform. Detailed Job Description A Remote Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating business requirements and processes, and then designing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. They are also responsible for providing technical support and training to users of the Salesforce platform. The Remote Salesforce Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, and provide technical support and training to users. The Remote Salesforce Business Analyst will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that the Salesforce platform is optimized for maximum efficiency.
